This wooden bowl is from a local cherry tree that had to be taken down because of its age. Rough-turned while it was still green (wet), put up to dry for 5 months, then re-turned thin to its final thin shape. The hand-carved the exterior remind me of a mouthful of smiling teeth (:

Finished with food-safe hardwax oil that feels soft and smooth to the touch.
